Leaders are role models, in both the positive and negative sense. Their behavior has the highest impact on the behavior of employees. In this episode we discuss role models and question the traditional management model in the hierarchy. What is actually required of good leadership? Which behavioral patterns make motivated employees leave the company? And finally, what could leadership look like in today's world? Do we need to abolish hierarchies and fire the managers?
