Many women enter the working world with self-confidence and expectations. Years later, we see that only relatively few of them arrive at leadership positions. What happens on the road? What do women think about leadership responsibility and career? How must working and living worlds look like so that women (and men) can fully participate and develop? I talked about these topics with Nora Heger, Business Coach (noraheger.de) and Principal Director for Leadership Development at one of the leading international management consultancies in Berlin.
